Information we collect and use
We collect information you submit, including contact, account, project, payment-reference and scheduling details. Limited technical information supports sessions, security and abuse prevention. We use it to answer enquiries, provide services, arrange meetings, document payments, secure the service and meet legal duties.
Providers and sharing
We share only what is needed with providers such as Supabase for authentication and data, Google for optional sign-in, Cloudflare for security, Cal.com for scheduling, and configured notification providers. We may disclose information when law requires it or to protect the service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain records only as long as needed for service delivery, security, disputes and applicable record-keeping duties. Anonymous chat sessions are scheduled to expire after 90 days. Cal.com delivery records store identifiers and hashes rather than full attendee payloads. We use access controls, encrypted transport, signed requests and audit records.
Your choices and contact
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent for future use. Some records may remain where contracts, security or law require it. Send a request through the contact page. We may update this policy and will show the revision date here.
