Using the service
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and avoid unauthorized access, harmful content, impersonation, interference or unlawful use. We may limit access needed to protect users and the service.
Proposals, work and payments
Website estimates and preliminary discussions are informational until both parties accept a written proposal. That document controls scope, timing, acceptance, fees, taxes and payment milestones. Portal payment records document amounts acknowledged by Reverse Cloud.
Content and third-party services
You retain rights in material you provide and authorize its use to perform the service. Each party retains pre-existing intellectual property; deliverable rights follow the accepted proposal. Authentication, scheduling and communications may rely on third parties and their separate terms.
Availability, termination and changes
Website features may be interrupted or changed. To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss; project-specific terms take priority. Account access may be suspended for security, non-payment or material breach. Updated terms show their revision date.
